Old School Cabernet Sauvignon is drawn entirely from older vines. The vines are upwards of 50 years old and in 2020, 5% was fermented in open-top barrels before being transferred to tank. This winemaking technique allows for a softness to the tannin making the wine more approachable in its youth. Only 68 cases were produced.
