Few wines outside of Cabernet make their way into the Beau Vigne collection like this one—2021 Persuasion Chardonnay from a half-acre of sustainably farmed, 20-year-old heirloom vines. This is a Chardonnay we live for, superior quality and value, but still, this wine deserves special mention. These extra-ripe and sustainably farmed Chardonnay grapes from Russian River Valley were vinified in French oak and aged for 8 months. This is one of the more stunningly opulent, weighty, vinous, and full-bodied Chardonnays we’ve made to date.
