The vineyard is, 'a warm spot in a cool place.'  This unique climate allows us to achieve optimally ripe grapes with vibrant personality.  It exhibits organic notes derived from the soil, while the palate reveals immense depth and complexity.

Tasting Note: The 2021 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc bursts from the glass with a spectacular bouquet of chamomile, lime blossom, ginger, lemon, and touches of honey. The entry is vibrant and smooth with layers of citrus. This is a sophisticated wine braced with energy.
