The Beau Vigne Reserve is a block selection from Beckstoffer George III, aged for 21 months in approximately 80% new French oak. In the glass, it displays a deep ruby colour, with expressive Rutherford dusty mineral character mingling with pure black cherry, spiced plums, and red cassis fruits, complemented by elegant cedarwood spices. The palate is extremely polished and super compact, with very fine-grained tannins and abundant spice notes, leading to a long finish of violets and hints of coriander.
