A new-generation vision. Amendment XXI has always been a dark brooding style of Merlot. In the 2020 vintage, we started adding Cabernet Sauvignon to give it a more “classically” structured with exceptional purity and precision.

This wine captivates with upfront notes of tobacco and vanilla, leading to a palate bursting with black fruits, cherry, and raspberry puree, accented by baking spices. Medium tannins support the rich fruit flavors, enhanced by a touch of expensive oak. It finishes boldly yet smoothly, leaving a lasting impression
